Spicy Tomato Clam Linguini

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans undrained, minced clams
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb cooked linguine
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion and some minced garlic in olive oil until soft. 
  2. Add undrained, minced clams, marinara and some red pepper flakes; simmer 15 minutes. 
  3. Season with salt; toss with linguine and chopped parsley.
