Basa Fillet in Red Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 Basa Fillets
  • 2 – 4 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 – 2 tsp Epicure Red Garlic Topper Blend (or mixture of garlic powder/chili flakes/onion powder)

Directions:

  1. Melt 2 tbsp butter or margarine in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. When the butter starts to brown, season the top of the 2 pieces of Basa Fillet and add to frying pan.
  3. Cook on med-high heat until the edges of the fillets turn white, then flip and season the other side. Cook until fillets are completely done and then flip for one more minute to cook the seasoning into the other side.
  4. Remove from frying pan and serve.
