Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 block (8oz) reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered icing sugar
  • 1 to 2 tsp vanilla (to make desired consistency)

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter with electric mixer until it is fluffy.
  2. Add icing sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth and think.
  3. Spread over top of cake and put in fridge until chilled.
