Ingredients
- 2 tubes of Pilsbury crescent rolls
- 1 Cup cranberry sauce
- 12 slices of Brie cheese
- 1 lg beaten egg
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the tubes of crescent roll dough into the pre-cut triangles. Lay them in a sunburst shape on the parchment paper with the bases of the triangles connecting.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce around the circle formed by the base of the triangles. Add the slices of brie on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Take the thin ends of the pastry and fold over the circle you made with the cranberry sauce and brie, tucking the ends under and pinching to seal. Brush the top of the ring with the egg.
- Sprinkle the sea salt and thyme on the ring. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, and slide onto a serving platter. Cut, serve and enjoy!
