Ingredients:
1 cup Silk Almond Coconut Blend (Unsweetened)
1/3 cup Source Vanilla Yogurt (35 calorie)
1 cup blueberries (or strawberries or raspberries instead if preferred)
1 small banana
4 large ice cubes
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender that can crush ice.
Blend until the ice cubes are pulverized and pour into glasses.
