Ingredients:

Muffin Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • ​2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 TBSP melted butter

Directions:

Topping Directions:

  1. Combine flour, brown sugar and nutmeg.
  2. Stir in melted butter and mix until combined.

Muffin Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Whisk flour with baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, oil and mix until well blended.
  4. Beat in milk and vanilla.
  5. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and whisk until batter is smooth.
  6. Gently fold in berries.
  7. Fill cups 3/4 full.
  8. Spoon on crumb topping (see above for topping directions) and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and tooth pick comes out dry.
