Ingredients:
- 1 block (8oz) reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered icing sugar
- 1 to 2 tsp vanilla (to make desired consistency)
Directions:
- Beat the cream cheese and butter with electric mixer until it is fluffy.
- Add icing sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth and think.
- Spread over top of cake and put in fridge until chilled.
