Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- Colored sugar (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Blend in softened butter with wooden spoon until it forms a soft, smooth dough.
- Shape dough into 1″ balls (about 2 tsp of dough) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Press with a fork.
- Sprinkle with colored sugar if using.
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes until just starting to get golden around edges.
