Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup lard
- 3 rounded Tbsp of icing sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup ground almonds
Directions:
- Cream together butter and lard.
- Add icing sugar, flour and ground almonds.
- Shape into the size of a mouse and place on parchment or silicone covered baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool to touch, but warm enough still to roll in sugar.
- You can also dip one end in melted chocolate if preferred.
- Store in airtight container. They can also be frozen.
