Crust:
Ingredients:
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1/4 c sugar
Directions:
- Mix well and press into square pans.
- Refrigerate for half hour.
Filling:
Ingredients:
- 2 pkg softened cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 container of thawed cool whip
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can of cherry or blueberry pie filling
- 2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add icing sugar, cool whip, vanilla and food coloring.
- Mix well and spread over crust.
- Top with canned pie filling and chill in the fridge til ready to serve.
