Pecan Streusel Topping

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup light brown sugar , packed
  • ¼ tsp apple pie spice (or cinnamon)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ⅓ cup pecan pieces , finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter , melted and cooled to room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Combine the brown sugar, apple pie spice, flour, pecans and salt.
  • Add the melted butter and stir until combined.
  • Set aside until needed.
